WEBSITE SIZING
Each style on our website is categorised by gender and displayed in US sizing. A detailed size guide converting US sizes to other common size formats is available next to the size selector.

NEW ZEALAND SIZING
Is the same as US sizing.

AVAILABLE STOCK
Our website includes detailed information on size availability and stock levels.
Where a size is crossed out, it would indicate that style was never manufactured in the size stated. All other sizes will be clickable. When a size is selected you will see red text above the size selector, update to give an indication of how many pairs are left in stock.

SOLD OUT
When a size that has sold out in all locations nationally is selected, the red text will display the message "Out of Stock".

Whilst our range is constantly changing, and a restock is not guaranteed, you can sign up to our mail list to be notified of new product releases and restocks.

With the right approach and a bit of care, you can ensure a comfortable fit and lasting wear.

FINDING THE PERFECT FIT
Before diving into breaking in your new shoes, ensure you've got the right fit. A properly fitting shoe should feel snug at the heel and midfoot, with wiggle room around the toes.

TAKE IT SLOW
Start by wearing your new shoes for short periods, gradually increasing wear time. Wear them around the house initially, so you can easily take them off if discomfort arises.

For leather styles, wearing thick socks offers added cushioning and aids in accelerating the softening process. 

TIGHTEN UP THOSE LACES
Keep your laces snug to encourage the shoe to mold to your foot and prevent slipping and rubbing.

SILENCE THE SQUEAK
Squeaky shoes are often due to moisture or friction. To fix this, use baby or talcum powder. Where possible, sprinkle powder inside, and let it sit overnight. Shake out excess powder the next day.

KEEP UP THE CARE
We recommend using a sneaker protector to form a barrier against dirt and stains, making cleaning easier. For cleaning, promptly remove excess dirt or moisture to prevent long-term damage, always use cleaning products specifically designed for sneakers, and avoid washing them in the machine, as this can damage fastenings and glue.

It is important for us to provide choice, including a range of high quality vegan friendly styles.

IDENTIFICATION
The product description section of the product page usually lists the product composition, or the materials it is made from.

Whenever we can confirm that certain products are entirely free from animal-derived materials, we'll explicitly mention it in the description for your convenience.

Our website also allows you to search for vegan styles.

We're considerate of the materials used in our products and are working hard to reduce our impact.

PRODUCT RECYCLING
Our products are designed to last. If you have an item in good condition but you no longer have a need for it, we would encourage you to donate it to an external organisation of your choice. 

Alternatively if the condition is not conducive with donation, you can locate a Community Recycling Centre, where materials can be reclaimed and repurposed.

We prioritise quality, ethics, comfort, and style, ensuring our products and manufacturers meet our standards.
