WHAT IS STORE TO DOOR AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our Store to Door service, sometimes called Endless Aisle, allows you to place a special order in-store for a product, colour, or size that is not available on the day, and have it delivered directly to your home.
ORDER PROCESS
Our in-store team will begin by confirming the availability of your chosen item. If it is available, they can proceed with placing the order on your behalf.To process the order, we’ll need a few details from you, including your full name, email address (for order tracking notifications), and delivery address. It’s important that this information is provided accurately, as we are unable to update these details once the order has been submitted.
Full payment will be taken at the register, and you’ll receive an itemised receipt, which will need to be signed on the day.
Store to Door orders are not subject to any delivery fees.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
All Store to Door orders are fulfilled using our Express Delivery service.Our team aim to pack your order within 1 business day. Once packed, orders are delivered using NZ Post, with parcels delivered to metro areas within 1-3 business days, while orders to regional areas can take 3-8 business days.
You’ll receive tracking updates via the email address you provided in-store.
ORDER CAN'T BE FULFILLED?
While our team does their best to confirm availability before placing your order, there may be rare occasions where it cannot be fulfilled. If this occurs, you will receive a notification via email.In such cases, you’ll need to visit any HOKA store with the email notification to receive a full refund. Please note, it is not possible to adjust the items on the order, or have the refund processed remotely.
ORDER NOT QUITE RIGHT?
That is okay! Our standard Change of Mind Returns Policy would apply, simply visit us in any HOKA store with proof of purchase, for an exchange or refund, in accordance with the returns conditions.QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR ORDER?

Reach out to the store that placed the order for you, this can either be done in person, or over the phone, with their number printed on your original receipt, and they will be able to assist you from there. -
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Our delivery service is free on orders over $200 and charged at $15 on orders under $200.
Our Team aim to pack your order within 1 business day.
Once packed, orders are sent from our Australian warehouse, and delivered within 10 business days.
Tracking details are emailed to you with a tracking link for NZ Post, which will handle your parcel once it arrives in New Zealand. To track your parcel throughout its entire journey, including the international leg, visit the Omni Parcel website and input your tracking number, this should look like "ACG0123456".
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to review by the NZ Customs Service, which could cause minor delays in delivery.For orders valued over $1000 NZD, additional duties, customs charges, and fees may apply, which will be billed by the NZ Customs Service when the shipment arrives at the destination port.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
No, you do not need to be home to accept delivery as all orders are placed with Authority to Leave (ATL) selected by default.This means the courier will not require a signature for delivery, and will leave the parcel in a safe place. You agree that the parcel is deemed delivered when left at your address.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to most New Zealand addresses and PO boxes.
IN STORE PICKUP
Whilst our stores cannot be used as a delivery address, you can still enjoy the convenience of picking up from your local store with Click & Collect. This can be done by selecting Click & Collect at checkout, stock availability for this service does vary from store to store.If you do list one of our stores as the delivery address for your online order, please be aware there is a significant risk of it being undeliverable and returned to sender, or lost.

WHAT IS CLICK & COLLECT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Enjoy the convenience of picking up from a local store free of charge.
HOW TO CLICK & COLLECT
- Browse the website and add products to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and select the "Click & Collect" option
- Enter your postcode and choose your pickup store location
- Place your order
- Collect your items when notified via email that your order is ready
AVAILABILITY
Click & Collect is available when your desired items are in stock at a nearby store.If Click & Collect isn't an option at your local store due to stock availability, we suggest opting for delivery instead.
PICKUP
Your Click & Collect order gets top priority and will be packed within an hour of placing it. If you order when the store is closed, we'll pack it within an hour of opening the next day.Please be prepared to show your email order confirmation and photo identification to our in store Team when collecting. If you need to nominate someone other than yourself to collect the order, this will need to be organised by contacting us ahead of time.
Your order will safely stored in store for up to 21 days.
